Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with our return policy and the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by French law, customers have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. For any return, a return fee of 7.90 euros will be deducted from the refund amount. This return fee covers the processing and logistics costs associated with returning the product. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet these conditions.

We remind you that our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Before initiating a return, please contact us at the following email address: shop@plante-paradise.com for specific instructions on the return process. Make sure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, and that it is in its original packaging.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items ordered in the incorrect size. However, we will be happy to exchange your product for a different size. To arrange an exchange, please contact us with your order number and desired size.

When requesting a refund, an inspection of the returned item may be required before we process your refund. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 30 days once the package is received for inspection. This time frame is beyond our control, and we will notify you as soon as the refund process is initiated on our end.

For sale items, the refund will be made on the price paid by the customer during the sale period.

For items sent directly as a gift, the gift recipient will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. For other gift cases, we will refund the gift giver.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning an item. We recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service to ensure delivery of your returned item.
